Old Note :
Bear Paws Chocolate Chip was previously marked doubtful based on consumer care explaining that the chocolate chips contain alcohol, and them not being able to disclose whether it is synthetic or natural. In light of our revised policy of non-khamr alcohol in solvents and carriers, we have also revised this resolution.
Note: The default alcohol used for industrial purposes as per Govt. of Canada websites on natural resources is corn or wheat. So unless we have reasonable certainty that a product used alcohol from raisins or wine, the base assumption will be non-khamr alcohol.
